Draw Your Own Conclusions
Here is a short but important post for today. Back in May, I documented how a grand jury indicted former Judge Margret Murphy for perjury, and how this might possibly be related to the long-running battle David Haeg has been having with the Alaska Court system. My last blog post “Calling Patriots” encouraged constitutional conservatives to show up and be a witness to the proceedings tomorrow.
Well on Tuesday Margaret Murphy’s attorney petitioned Judge Matthews for permission to attend her arraignment via Zoom meeting, and not be required to attend in person. That is interesting, isn’t it? Perhaps former Judge Margaret Murphy does not want to face an awakened public. Draw your own conclusions on why she does not want to attend in person.
Judge Matthews made a second interesting ruling today. He allowed for the presence of television cameras in the courtroom. There will be TV cameras there and it is important that every individual that supports a fair and impartial judiciary show up in person to support David Haeg and to be a witness to the proceedings at this trial. Margaret Murphy, the audience on TV, even Judge Matthews, and the print media all need to see a gallery packed with patriotic Alaskans looking for justice. This is a battle in the fight against tyranny and you are an important part of it.
I did contact the Kenai court today and they said that despite the ruling that the defendant Margaret Murphy is allowed to participate via Zoom, there will be a live session in the court and witnesses will be permitted to sit in the gallery. Please be at the Kenai courthouse, courtroom #4 at 10:00 AM tomorrow. (Friday 6-23-2023)
When I see the patriotic public attending events like this trial, something that never would have happened a couple of years ago, I’m reminded of what Admiral Yamamoto said after the Pearl Harbor attack, “I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant.” A full gallery of spectators tomorrow will prove that they have.
